The story
Taken over in 2008 by Arnaud Soubeyran, the Atelier Des Douceurs crossed the Rhône of Ardèche to the land of nougat. With great care and humor, its chef Régis manufactures delicacies with an irresistible taste.
Toffee and marshmallows
Toffee and old-fashioned marshmallows are made according to traditions, with egg white for marshmallows and a cooking in copper pot for toffees. ” You will never see the marshmallow in the same way” says Régis. We must bow to the evidence that its melting texture and its natural fragrance take us over a cloud.
