The recipe of nougat

The ingredients
- 575g whole almonds with or without skin
- 230g of crystal sugar
- 230g of lavender honey
- A sheet of unleavened bread.
An irresistible crunch
- In a saucepan melt the honey and sugar, bring the temperature to 160 °
- Stir in almonds.
- Spread the hot dough over a sheet of unleavened bread and let cool.
- Store away from moisture.
