The ingredients

  • 575g whole almonds with or without skin
  • 230g of crystal sugar
  • 230g of lavender honey
  • A sheet of unleavened bread.

An irresistible crunch

  1. In a saucepan melt the honey and sugar, bring the temperature to 160 °
  2. Stir in almonds.
  3. Spread the hot dough over a sheet of unleavened bread and let cool.
  4. Store away from moisture.
