As a confectioner craftsman since 1837, Arnaud Soubeyran, writes its History with enthusiasm and passion.
Driven by an intense desire to achieve excellence, Caroline, Didier, Thomas and Quentin Honnoré respectfully follow the path initiated by the ancestors.
The preparations are made mainly in a copper cauldron, with noble raw materials, carefully selected, and with respect for ancestral recipes.
