Calisson of Provence – 140gr box

Our calissons are produced according to a recipe from Provence. The dough, made with a mixture of candied fruits (melon, clementine and orange), crushed almonds and a handful of bitter almonds to give character, is finely glazed and then cooked in a boiling water bath in copper cauldrons.
Ingredients:
Melons confits (melon, sucre), amandes, sucre cristal, sirop de sucre inverti, oranges confites (orange, sucre), sirop de glucose, pain azyme (fécule de pomme de terre, eau, huile végétale d’olives) blanc d’œuf.Traces possibles de noisettes.
