This famous delicacy is done in no time at all!

Step 1 : Pour the water and sugar into a saucepan and bring the sugar syrup to 140 °.

Step 2 : Add milk and butter.


  • 200gr of sugar
  • 80gr of butter
  • 40cl of milk
  • 20cl of water

Et ensuite

Step 3 : Boil up to 120 ° or 130 °, the hotter the syrup is, the harder the caramel will be.

Step 4 : Pour into a container coated with baking paper

Step 5 : Wait for hardening and cut at will.
