Factory and Museum

It’s in Montélimar, pioneer of nougat, that we recommand you to come and visit our nougat museum. Its decoration and atmosphere will arouse your senses and let you dream. The most ancient and traditional factory still in activity shares its know-how and opens its kitchen to you.

Nougat factory Follow the live productions in search of the ancestral recipe’ s secret.	Screening room An escape of 10 minutes in Arnaud Soubeyran’ world, its tradition, passion, the choice of the raw materials coming directly from our Provençal country, its way of production.
Shop It’s a sweet Alladin's cave!! All the range of home-made confectionery : nougats, calissons, dried fruits covered with chocolate, marshmallows, pralines à l’ancienne.	Tea-room In an atmosphere made of souvenirs for some of you and discoveries for others (specialities and home made sorbets).	Map Hours for guided visits : From Monday to Friday : 9:30, 10:15 and 11:00 and every hours from 14:00 to 17:00. Visit’ duration : half an hour.
