Traditional Nougat – 150gr bag

The traditional nougat is made with a mixture of all flowers and sweet chestnut honey which gives it a slightly amber color and a very pronounced taste, a bit tannic. The sweet and crunchy almond added in large quantities gives to this nougat an almost biscuit flavour.
Ingredients:
Amandes 43,4%, miel: 45% de la matière sucrante, sucre, glucose, blanc d’œufs, pain azyme:(amidon de pomme de terre,eau,huile végétale d’olives).présence possible d’autres fruits a coque.
