Black or white Nougat of Provence
The black nougat, a crunchy mixture of honey and almonds, is similar to its ancestor, “nux-gatum” nougat, made with nuts then. Its magnificent amber robe hides the powerful fragrance of honey of our regions and the Mediterranean almonds.
